While ordering please ensure that you enter your correct and complete addresses (street number and name, city, state, and zip code) during checkout as we are not legally responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly.

Your order will be shipped within 7-8 business days from the date that your order was placed. We ship on all week days (Monday to Friday+ Saturdays), excluding Sundays & public holidays. Once your order ships from our facility, you will then get a shipping confirmation email notification with your tracking information.

We use DHL global market leader in the logistics industry, as our shipping provider.  Once your order leaves our warehouse in India, you will then receive an email notification with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel's progress.

International Orders: On very rare occasions, international standard shipping to some countries can take 4-6 days or even longer due to severe weather or for some slow-to-ship countries. We are not held responsible for any stoppage or delay caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.
